So what does a Humanist and Integrative approach mean? Well, like any other form of therapy, we will rely on our therapeutic relationship to help cultivate work involving mind, body, emotions, soul and spirit to bring together a more whole-rounded experience. Both therapist and client will be engaged in shaping the process of assessing issues and evaluating subsequent outcomes. We take into account all the personal narratives of the client along with any significant social, cultural or other relevant experiences. Ultimately, my priority is to create a judgment-free, open and safe environment for you, as the client, to bring anything and to allow our therapeutic relationship to develop.
