How we will work

At the beginning

At the beginning of therapy, we will look at your overall health & wellbeing and discuss what brings you to therapy. Importantly we will explore what you wish to get out of our sessions, however, it is important to keep in mind that our work together may lead us in other directions, which is all part of the journey.

In the middle

As sessions progress, we will attempt to connect your mind, body, emotions, spirit and soul using several methods, but there will always be space for regular feedback.

Towards the end

Sometimes clients know when the end of therapy is in sight. If this is the case, we will look at our time and work together to not only reflect on the past, but also moving forward. Lasting changes take lots of practice – often the end of therapy is only the beginning…
