The Private practice is based in Willow Vale, the heart of Frome, Somerset.

Cost

I appreciate that starting therapy is a significant investment of your time and money.  

Before any commitment, I offer a reduced cost 30 min phone call consultation to go over any questions or concerns you may have and for us to get to know each other briefly to see if you would like to begin working together.

I offer sessions for £30 as a training therapist. This may be subject to change as my training develops.

Duration

We will have our sessions at the same time every week. This is an important element – this steadiness supports the therapeutic work.

We can work short-term or long-term,  but it is important that we periodically check in to see how the work is progressing.

Please keep in mind that although the consultation can be done over the phone, all sessions must be attended face-to-face.
